These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vortex Pro (the "Platform"), developed and operated independently by Kunal Parashar under the Vidyascore initiative, based in Uttar Pradesh, India ("Vortex Pro", "we", "us"). By creating an account, reloading your workspace wallet, subscribing to services, or utilizing the interface, you agree to these explicit binding Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. Who can use Vortex Pro

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act to use the Platform. If you are a student under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms before account creation. We collect mandatory basic profile details (Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and State) to securely provision and manage your personalized workspace dashboard.

2. Your Account & Security

We utilize industry-standard Google Sign-In protocols for user verification; no separate plain-text account passwords are stored on our cloud infrastructure.
You maintain absolute responsibility for preserving the access credentials of your authenticated Google account and for all actions taken through your dynamic workspace session.
All profile vectors submitted during registration must be genuine and accurate. Accounts configured using deceptive data or malicious scripts are subject to immediate administrative suspension.

3. Core Systems, Dual CBT Engines & Exam Modules

Vortex Pro provides an interactive environment offering advanced analytical telemetry, live mock test simulations, and skill-building modules via specialized computer-based test (CBT) generation frameworks:

Traditional PDF Mode: Allows students to seamlessly upload local exam papers in a standard PDF layout, map individual answers dynamically onto a digital full-screen OMR grid layer, and generate comprehensive diagnostics metrics upon submission.
Smart AI Builder (JSON Mode): Allows users to copy our proprietary prompt, process raw exam texts via AI parsing blocks (ChatGPT/Gemini), and import structural text streams or JSON file configurations to build instantaneous, timer-driven mock evaluations.
Premium Exam Modules Marketplace: Allows users to purchase pre-configured specialized exam packages. The commercial pricing for these modules is determined dynamically by the publisher/admin. Upon a successful transaction, the module instantly compiles into a real, interactive, and permanently saved CBT mock test workspace tied indefinitely to your student profile.

4. Prepaid Workspace Wallet, Progressive Billing & Refunds

The operational billing ecosystem for custom exam generation runs entirely on a pay-as-you-go prepaid coin network handled safely through secure third-party integration pipelines (Razorpay):

Prepaid Refill Configurations: Tokens can be purchased in preset structured packs consisting of 10 Credits for ₹15, 18 Credits for ₹20, and 30 Credits for ₹40.
PDF Mode Deductions: System engines automatically charge exactly 1 credit for every batch block of 60 questions mapped in the setup grid.
Smart JSON Mode Deductions: The software operates an automated progressive parsing stream that deducts exactly 1 credit silently for every 50 questions sliced into the live interface preview panel.
Automated Mid-Session Abandonment Safe Rule: If a progressive token burn is initiated during a JSON mock compilation but you actively abort or discard the session workspace without final saving or deployment, our database rollback protocol automatically refunds exactly 50% of that specific session’s spent credits instantly to your wallet balance.

Due to the immediate digital consumption structure of these cloud resources, all credit refills and module purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for physical currency outside the scope of these automated safety environments.

Premium Module Activation Guarantee: In the event that you purchase a specialized Exam Module and funds are successfully debited from your account, but the system faces a cloud rendering timeout and fails to instantly unlock or save the compiled CBT workspace on your dashboard, you are granted the absolute right to contact the admin directly or via email (contact.vidyascore@gmail.com) with valid payment proof (Transaction ID and gateway screenshot) for immediate manual verification and operational provisioning.

5. Acceptable Use & Strict Anti-Hack Balance Forfeiture

You strictly agree that you shall not under any condition:

Deploy scrapers, automated crawl scripts, bots, or brute-force tools to intercept network requests or illegally download proprietary test banks or JSON data;
Attempt to bypass, probe, reverse-engineer, or actively tamper with our secure database verification checkpoints, token routers, or application authentication layers (Firebase App Check);
Manipulate HTTP header fields, modify URL parameters, or stream forged API payloads to illegitimately access features or balance layers.

We log and monitor all request paths continuously. We reserve the absolute right to terminate any profile found violating these guidelines. Upon a confirmed account ban due to hacking or API tampering, all remaining prepaid balance coins inside the user’s workspace wallet will be permanently forfeited as a security penalty violation.

5a. Architectural Constraints & Hard Limits Cap

To prevent database bloating and ensure optimal performance across all student nodes, the platform strictly enforces unbreakable server-side constraints:

Strict Question Cap: No individual test session (Traditional PDF or Smart JSON Mode) can contain more than 300 questions total. Any payload exceeding this upper bound will be blocked or strictly truncated.
JSON File Capacity Bounds: The system will immediately reject any custom uploaded JSON file asset that exceeds a total size threshold of 1 MB.
Maximum Duration Cap: The absolute boundary limit for any mock test countdown timer is strictly capped at 1,000 Hours (60,000 Minutes). Inputs crossing this point will be automatically discarded by server-side validation filters.

6. Intellectual Property & Platform Architecture

All source questions, study text dumps, and uploaded raw answer grids processed by users remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. The Vortex Pro cloud workspace software, graphical interfaces, custom CSS animations, overall UI/UX styling configurations, underlying JavaScript engines, and multi-tenant Firestore database routing structures remain the exclusive property of Kunal Parashar. You may not distribute, duplicate, or reverse-engineer our proprietary platform assets without explicit authorization.

7. Personal Space Pro Hub & Recurring Subscriptions

Access to extended storage utilities, driving files management tools, and specialized skill simulators requires an active recurring premium plan managed under our recurring tier configurations:

Personal Space Tier Pricing: Available under 4 fixed validity packages consisting of 1 Month for ₹29, 3 Months for ₹79, 6 Months for ₹149, and 12 Months for ₹249.
My Study Vault (Virtual Cloud Storage): Activating Pro provisions a strictly locked 1 GB (1,024 MB) private cloud sector. Users can maintain structured directories via the "New Folder" command, backup private documents via the "Upload PDF" interface, and store institutional data streams through the integrated "Save Link" tracker engine. Reaching the 1 GB bound blocks future data uploads instantly until workspace cleanup occurs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vortex Pro is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" structural basis. We make no representations or absolute guarantees that your specific performance metrics or simulated scores captured within our mock testing grids will perfectly correspond with actual government recruitment examination outcomes. Practice metrics are for training diagnostic validation only.

10. Limitation of Liability & Maximum Financial Cap

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Kunal Parashar (Vortex Pro) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential legal damages arising out of your utilization of our cloud systems. This comprehensive protection shield covers any instances of lost study time, missed preparation schedules, test workspace window interruptions due to cloud hosting technical downtimes, or final real-world exam results.

Absolute Financial Liability Cap: In any event, if any operational failure, data anomaly, or transaction discrepancy occurs, the maximum aggregated financial liability of Kunal Parashar (Vortex Pro) to you for any and all claims shall be strictly capped at and **never exceed the exact amount of money you paid to us for that specific transaction, active module purchase, or subscription tier cycle** giving rise to such dispute.

10a. Data Privacy & DPDP Act 2026 Compliance

In adherence to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India, Vortex Pro strictly acts as a secure Data Fiduciary for all student records:

Clear Itemized Consent: We explicitly collect personal identifiers only via empty, separate, non-pre-ticked granular checkboxes. You hold the absolute right to accept mandatory system operations rules while independently toggling optional marketing elements.
Unalterable Consent Log Trails: Every affirmative registration action triggers a permanent backend audit log saving the precise microsecond server timestamp and policy doc version code associated with your profile write stream.
Right to Data Erasure: You retain the absolute legal right to withdraw your processing consent and command the complete purging of your personal records from our databases. Withdrawing primary processing metrics will result in the immediate closure of your account balance.

These terms and all operational transactions executed within our framework are governed strictly under the legal statutes of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from your access to this site shall be subject to exclusive legal jurisdiction within the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
