Because our services are digital and delivered to your account instantly after payment, we follow a straightforward and strict refund policy. Please read it carefully before making any purchases.

Outside of our automatic system safety guards, **all payments are final**. Once credits are added to your wallet or a Personal Space Pro plan is active, we cannot offer cash refunds, currency returns, or payment chargebacks. Please check your file formats and question numbers before paying.
We have built-in automated safeguards that protect your tokens inside the application:
If you use the Smart AI Generator, spend tokens to preview questions, but decide to close the page or leave the workspace without saving the test, our system automatically gives back **50% of those spent credits** to your wallet balance instantly.
If our cloud servers or your internet network crashes at the exact microsecond you click to finalize and save a test, the platform will automatically return **100% of your spent session tokens** back to your wallet.
If you buy a premium pre-made Exam Module and money is cut from your bank account, but a technical glitch or network error stops it from opening or saving to your dashboard, **your purchase is fully protected**:
Personal Space Pro plans do **not** come with a manual cancellation button, an early cancel option, or a pause toggle. Once you buy a subscription plan, it stays fully unlocked and valid for its entire term. The premium features will run continuously until the designated expiration date and will **automatically expire** at the end of that period. We do not provide partial or prorated cash refunds for days you did not use the platform.
If your bank account is debited but network latency stops your wallet credits or subscriptions from activating, or if you are accidentally charged twice for the same package due to a banking failure, please email us with your payment proof. We will cross-check the gateway records and fix your account state within 48 business hours.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, if any issue, double payment, gateway error, or transaction dispute occurs, the absolute maximum financial liability of Kunal Parashar (Vortex Pro) will **never exceed the exact amount of money you paid to us for that specific transaction**. We are not legally or financially responsible for any indirect losses, external bank dynamic charges, or study time adjustments.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is completely governed by the laws of India. If any legal disagreement or dispute arises regarding any payment, refund status, or wallet refill transaction on this platform, it will be subject **exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India**. You fully agree that you cannot file a legal claim against us in any other city, district, or state.
